I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This daycare has great staff, but we have so many unexpected closures. And I don't know if they realize when they are closed, parents that work have to scramble to try find child care and pay for child care. There are no credits/refunds given. This daycare is supposed to follow BISD with closures. BISD was open and this daycare still decided to close. I wouldn't recommend this center but no other daycares in the area has openings.
