This place is HORRIBLE. My daughter went for a few months. She loved it at first and i was told over and over by everyone how well behaved she was. I knew this but it's always nice to hear. Her teacher, Ms. Rose was one of the nicest teachers ever. However, I started getting messages and phone calls from the dictator they have in the office, Karin. (Rigthfully named for sure) She was telling me how out of control my daughter was. We had a talk with my daughter together and the way this woman spoke to my kid was outrageous. Stern is an understandment. My child is 5 and doesnt need to be spoken to like some prison inmate. Within a week of these messages starting, Karin threw my daughter out. She got in trouble for playing with a lot of toys, which she picked up when she was told to and for back talking.....she's 5. It's something we're of course teaching her not to do but it's going to happen with any child. I do not think this was enough reasoning to kick my child out. Karin also denied showing me the video of the allegations against my child.
On top of all of that, when I picked my daughter up on the last day, I asked for the week I had paid for in advanced back. The enrollment was $375. $150 for the first week, $150 for the last and $75 registration. Since she didn't get a "last week" that money was still on her account. Karin refused to give it back.
I've dealt with people like Karin Campbell. She is poisonous, prejudice and treats children as if they're in basic training for the military instead of allowing them to be children. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!
Did you know that this daycare has been reported to CPS from someone inside their facility for putting a child in a bag and throwing him out like trash!!
