About the Provider
Head Start is a Federal Program for pre-school children from low-income families. Children who attend Head Start participate in a variety of educational activities. They also receive free medical and dental care, have healthy meals and snacks, and enjoy playing in and outdoors in a safe environment. A comprehensive child development program proivding child and familiy services within McLennan and Falls counties. EOAC has administered the Head Start program in McLennan and Falls counties since 1969. Each year the EOAC Head Start program services 837 children and fmilies in McLennan and Falls counties. These services are provided through center based and home based options.
