Ive been both an employee and parent and not the best place. teachers gossip a lot to parents along with director/person in office about negative things. Anything from co-workers, to parents to kids. From my experience with Twinkle as a former employee, the State Licensing has been called on Twinkle on many multiple occasions. Anything from supervision issues to reports of neglect/abuse. Licensing has never found proof only because of how everyone there covers for each other always. I have had issues with my child there and have been either ignored or simple put off and not a severe issue. The owner herself has mentioned that the kids are only "paychecks" for everyone there in order to pay bills. I have heard her and another employee conversating about it. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this child care center for anyone to bring their child to. Not only is supervision a horrible problem, but not all teachers have the requirements to even be a child care teacher. One day, i hope and pray that this child care center get shut down for the sake of all children and parents currently enrolled as well as any future parents looking for a SAFE child care center.
