Unfriendly staff, most of which is young. Center claims to be christian based but the following makes it questionable when it comes from the Director/Owner: has very unprofessional manners with parents. When it comes to addressing parent concerns, somehow it will always be your fault. Cameras do not work and the owner said for one or even three parents it was not worth fixing. When asked, after a line of 10 parents are waiting for doors to open at 7:30am, if they have considered opening at 7 or 7:15am to ease the lines at 7:30, the Director/owner said it was not worth their struggle to have staff in early just so that parents can enjoy a cup of coffee before work. The carpets are beyond filthy which makes me question other sanitation measures taken, if any.
