Altoona 8th Street Child Care is part of the Early Childhood Coalition which is dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to every child. We offer the latest technology to keep your child safe and keep our families in touch with their teachers. First of all, we have a secure entry way and live video cameras in every classroom to ensure your child's safety comes first. Next we use Daily Connect in our classrooms to keep our parents up to date via their smart phone, on their child's day and with what's going on in their classrooms.
We use the most highly recommended resaerch based curriculum for all the children in our center and offer preschool and a preK program for all the kids that are 3 years old up untill they start kindergarten. All of our staff a mature adults, who are highly trained, educated and qualitfied to provide the highest quality of care for your child. No high school students left in charge here. Lastly we are proud to be a 4 Star rated QRS child care center!
