I had my daughter there long enough to finish one semester of school. The workers there are lazy and rude. My daughter was barely a year old and was scolded the first time I dropped her off for crying when I left her. After discussing this issue with her room director, I didn't have any more problems like this (that I know of). However, one day I picked my daughter up from daycare with sunscreen in her eyes, burning and red after student teachers decided it would be funny to spike my daughter's hair with the product. I pulled my daughter from the day care. I would absolutely never send my children to the preschool class which was directly across from my daughter's classroom. They continuously yell at the kids. Absolutely aweful care. It is unfortunate they are able to brag so much about being nationally accredited. It happens to mean very little in terms of one on one interactions with the children. Lisa is judgemental and will belittle you as a parent should issues arise that make her facility look bad.
My daughter went to the Learning Center for about a week. She cried every day, when dropped off and was still crying when picked up. The last day she went there I saw her sitting at the lunch table not eating anything because she was crying so hard. The worker that was sitting with all the children was rubbing her head and telling my daughter to "Quit it". I feel horrible for taking my daughter to that place!
