The director of this daycare is extremely rude, and speaks to the children in a very, very negative and demeaning manner. Director is difficult to work with, and the way she treats and talks to the children is totally unacceptable. Do not recommend this daycare
WORST DAYCARE EVER !!! Where do I even start... well the first couple of months my children attended were okay then my daughter got moved up to the 15 month classroom and all hell broke loose. She started coming home with random bruises all over her head and only 1 incident report even though there were many cases. My daughter then started getting bit every single week and when I asked if it was by the same little boy the teacher said yes. I then got a call stating that my daughter bit 2 people and if it happens again she'll be suspended from the school for 24 hours. Mind you my daughter has never been a biter and ive never received a call stating that she's ever bitten anyone. I then asked if that little boy got sent home the times he bit my daughter and they stated yes even though that was a lie because I've seen that boy still at the daycare when picking up my daughter the days she got bit. My husband then had to go up to the daycare to speak to the directer twice (which btw she is not a very friendly person and always has to have the last word) well the first time he brought up the incidents she stated they were in the process of firing one of the teachers and hiring another one. First off why are you going to keep a teacher who your going to fire in the same classroom as my daughter, shes getting fired for a reason. Then the second time he went to speak with her it just seemed like she just didn't care. We then find out the teachers that are in my daughters room are two 19 year old girls who AREN'T CPR CERTIFIED. The directer then states they have one person at the daycare who is CPR certified. NO there should be one person per room who is CPR certified that is illegal. We then requested to see the cameras. The directer then stated we have to sign the paper and the pastor has to view it with us and he was unavailable at the moment. So my husband went back up to the daycare with my mother in law the next day and they stated for privacy reasons we can't view the cameras it's only for the pastors eyes it's illegal for them to show us which makes no since. That's my child I should be able to view what's going on. My mother in law who works with head start then stated that it is not illigal and the cameras are there for both the parents, children, and teachers safty. My husband then asks if they allow volunteers and the directer said yes, then why can't we view the cameras it's the same thing. Makes no since. Then when asking about the random bruises again the directer then had the audacity to continue to mention one bruise but forgot all of the others over and over again, when that one bruise actually did happen at home while all the others did not, which btw I also informed them about that one bruise when dropping her off so they knew from the start that happened at home, the only reason why she kept bringing that up is because she knew that was the only one that didn't happen at the daycare. Possibly the worst incident that happened at this daycare was when I received a call stating that my daughter fell and bumped her head and when I asked if she should go to the doctor I was told no she is happy now but when I picked her up that day she had a knot and cut on the side of her eye close to her temple which more then likely gave her a concussion and should have got immediate medical attention being so young and she now has a scar by her eye. Everyday she comes home we check her body from head to toe and when something happened at home I would mention it to the daycare when dropping her off. Then the pastor got involved. For one I can not believe he is a pastor . He is one immature hateful man. He then stated he doesn't care what we do we can take him to court if we want but he's not showing us those cameras. That just seems fishy. When we finally say then we're just going to unenroll our kids the pastor said "Awsome that's great" very very immature. Deff should not be a pastor.
