I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

Looked into this place & saw a news article about the co-owner being arrested for sexual assault in 2012. We toured the place thinking it probably changed owners by now...NOPE, the same guy was still there! How is this place licensed?

I was searching for daycares online and came across a news article on a care taker from this daycare being arrested for molesting a child!! I will not even consider this daycare after hearing about this!!
