Literally used this facility for one day. From day one I was uneasy about this place but it was the only option. After one day, despite doing everything we thought was right, the facility would not let my child back for something she “might” have, but is very unlikely to have. All they had to do was not let her go too long without eating until a geneticist could confirm as the State legally can’t tell me they are 100% sure of anything. I gave them information about her issue as a worst case scenario. I won’t be back EVER. Pumpkin Patch only wants perfect children that require 0 extra care or love.
This started off like a great place.. but the director is rude and unprofessional. Interrupted me never let express my concerns, insulted my toddler child and threaten to accuse me of incidents. Can't believe I've allowed my child here...
This place is awful. Please do yourself a favor and send your child somewhere else. The director is very rude to her employees and to some parents. Some teachers also treat their kids very poorly and talk down to them. This place needs a new owner because with all the terrible reviews, this place needs to be shut down.
