This daycare is for no to low income families who just do not have any other option for child care. The instructors are not good at their job...this what I mean...I've noticed my child has came home using language that he could have only received from this establishment. They are not fully watching your child! My child was a toddler going to this facility. My child constantly received "incident reports" claiming an injury from him/her being very active. No, they just wasn't watching my child lie they are PAID to do. Instructors are impatient with kids, my child was in the phase of being potty trained, do you know these chicks,, supposedly known as "care attendants" would let him keep on a wet pull-up or allow him to urinate in his underwear and called it an accident, all day without changing him because they would be too in gulped in their own personal conversations. The center director really do not have no tolerance for other people's children herself...how she continues to work in child care is to much for my brain to process. Anywho, I definitely would not recommend this child care facility unless you are jut absolutely strapped for cash. They'll work with you on paying for child care if your cash flow is a problem. But if you want quality look elsewhere. Now, their YWCA downtown location is MUCH better.
