About the Provider
Pecan Creek Day School was founded in 2004 and is family owned and operated. We are fully licensed by the state of Texas and are members of the Texas Licensed Child Care Association and the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce. Pecan Creek provides an advanced phonics-based, Christian curriculum for children ages 18 months through private Kindergarten. We also provide before and after school care for K-5th graders in public school. We use a traditional teacher-directed approach to learning. The focus of our program is teaching children to read, as we believe that reading opens up the world of learning for children.
