Not trying to tell you how to run your day care but just a small suggestion that I’ve noticed.. Maybe having a television where the toddlers can watch Miss Rachel or other learning videos for their age group and they can stay occupied with learning instead of sitting on the floor crying or walking around crying wanting someone to pick them up and be given attention.. I know it’s hard to tend to multiple babies at once and can get frustrating if their crying.. So just a positive suggestion
My little has been through two classes, 2s and now 3s. She does better with the bigger kids. Potty training is a work in progress but they leave her in a pull-up for almost half the day and my kid is back sliding. She has food allergies and I use to get a daily sheet letting me know what she ate just incase she had a reaction to something but now they don't. The girls up front can be mia and they use to keep the door propped open with a box and nobody at the desk but Thankfully the door got fixed. They call to ask about small tiny issues while your at work like billing or something that can get sorted out at pick up or drop off. I've seen a few times a child is alone in a room, the teacher took the kids outside and it got left behind. Usually the little toddlers, 1.5 to 2 year Olds. Could use some improvements but really is a great facility.
This daycare is ridiculous! My daughter went to this daycare for maybe a week. I asked the manager “April” to call me if she had any issues with my child. Not one time did I receive a phone call from her or anyone regarding my child. I picked up my child after work one day to be told in front of another parent that my child has said “bulls***” a few times and if it continues she will be kicked out! Ha! Okay she’s a child and children are like sponges. I’m not saying I condone this behavior but at the same time she’s a normal 3 year old! I decided to remove her myself due to this daycares outrageous expectations! I’m posting this to advise any parent that has a normal child because I wouldn’t be surprised if you have any issues at some point either.
