Description: Celebrating 50 years of education, MacArthur Park Lutheran school was founded in 1963. The school started as a kindergarten for children in the MacArthur Park Lutheran Church and the surrounding neighborhood.
The school has seen many transformations in it's history, serving, at various times, children from two years of age all the way up to eighth grade.
Currently, MPLS serves children ages two years to kindergarten. Small class sizes and the focus on Christian education are characteristics that continue to be central to the mission of MPLS. We hope to celebrate another 50 wonderful years!
