My children have been at Kid's Kingdom for over two years now. I've seen them make vast improvements to their facility while being there. They even have ipads in each classroom and take snapshots of my kids and email them to me each day with a report of their schedule and any reminders or messages. I love it!! The administrative staff will always take time to visit with me about my kids. I truly think they have their best interest at heart. My kids even hug almost every teacher they see on the way out of the building. It takes us a while to get home as a result, but it's worth it. I will say that Ms. Cheri, the director, will tell you like it is. She will not apologize for incidents that occur, but she will definitely notify you, discuss with you and strive for a way to settle things. My daughter had some behavior issues when she moved into pre-k. Some of it was hard to hear, but everyone made a team effort to work with her and she has done amazing since entering kindergarten. Ms. Cheri can be a little intimidating but I know she means well. Ms. Dana and Ms. Alyssa are beyond sweet and helpful. Pastor Rob is also actively involved and provides a chapel for day care and school aged children on Wednesdays.
