We absolutely loved this place when it was owned by Larry. Our precious daughter has been here for almost a year and a half before they got bought out by corporate. The people who bought them are located in Garland and are no where to be found or reached. They kept the teachers thankfully cause they are amazing, but switched up a lot of rules and things that were very inconsiderate and inconsistent to the families they have had there for years. As much as we hated to do it we pulled our kid out after many dealings with them. These teachers here are the best but the company that runs it has made it drown quickly. I know they lost more kids than just ours in the following weeks after corporate started changing rules.
This place is my worst nightmare. My child went there for four days, came home with at least two welts on his head each day with absolutely NO notification or explanation from the day care. When asked, they could provide absolutely no information regarding what he ate, if/what he drank (after we explicitly asked them to monitor his fluid intake because the doctor was concerned he was dehydrated), if he had any soiled or wet diapers, or if he napped at all. Their response was consistently, "I don't know, I wasn't here this morning. You would have to ask 'so-and-so'". When I asked if 'so-and-so' was there, they would say "No, they already left for the day". Please, for your child's sake, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! You WILL regret it! They are completely incompetent, and have absolutely no concern for the welfare of the children they watch. Taking my son here was the worst mistake of my life.
