From an employees perspective if this daycare several things are wrong. Especially the infant through pre-school age there is a lot of mistreatment of the children there, employees sit on their phones and do not pay attention, or they are demeaning to the children in those areas. There were even multiple occasions of employees (yes multiple) vaping in the classrooms and bathrooms. Management is poor they are demeaning to their workers, and honestly show little interest in the care of the kids at their facility. When they know an inspection is coming they make everyone perform to the standards of the inspection but for everyday operation it is poor and not a safe place for children.
