I really can't say enough amazing things about this place. My daughter spent 2 years at Hamilton Park and my son is currently attending. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the experiences that our children have had here. When we drop our son off in the morning, he is racing to get inside and he still has a smile on his face at the end of the day. The things that my daughter learned at Hamilton Park have more than prepared her for the world of kindergarten. The teachers and staff are truly loving and caring towards the children and parents. The awesome director, Ms. Daniels, often reminds me that "it takes a village to raise a child"...and we are so blessed that Hamilton Park Daycare is part of our village!
I was referred to HPCCC by a coworkers wife who works for educational first steps. After meeting with Director, Joyce Daniels, I was comforted in knowing that my daughter would be in a safe, nurturing, and Christ centered environment. I love that the staff reminds me of the women in my own family that helped raise me. I feel secure in knowing that the values we teach in our home are reinforced at school. The teachers are amazing women. They work hard, immeasurable patience, and know how to maintain order in the classroom to ensure the best learning experience. The curriculum changes weekly and the teachers (special shout out to Ms. C Taylor & Mrs.K. Taylor) do a great job of telling us how our child is doing and what we can be doing to reinforce the lessons at home. I also love knowing that my daughter is engaged in daily worship & prayer! The front office does a great job at keeping parents updated on upcoming events, programs, and news. A weekly menu of snacks and meals is posted and available for review. I love that the school provides special programs such as monthly puppet shows, cooking classes, and yoga for the kids to participate in. HPCCC has been a huge blessing in my family's life. ????I'm happy to have such a great group of angels surrounding my baby girl each and everyday!!
Do not send your child here! My son came home with deep scrapes, scratches, and a black eye that no one could explain! The director is a nasty woman with an attitude second to none. She expects you to drop off your kids and pick them up with no questions. You pay for a service but instead of being treated like a customer you and your child are treated like your easily replaceable. At $100 a week I'm sure we were! But, You get what you pay for! My son had 3 teachers in one year! The last one was never there there due to health issues so I constantly picked my child up from a woman who could barely speak English. She couldn't tell me how his day was or answer most basic questions. They say they run a curriculum based program so I asked for daily sheets detailing what they learned that day so that my husband and I could reinforce it at home. That happened once and then they started sending generic summaries of what they were doing for the month. This center is also under investigation from a teacher hitting a child. This may seem like a great deal but your child is the most precious thing on this Earth and it is your duty to protect them!. Ms. Daniels and her staff at Hamilton park will not do that and it is definitely not Quality Care when your not there. What's ironic is that this is in a church! Get a new director Hamiton Park! Ms. Boudro is the only good thing there!
This daycare is awesome. My son attends and I absolutely love the positive discipline structure they have in place. The children have homework everyday tailored to each child and are really learning and loving to do it. The staff is great and skilled in what they do. I love the fact that they are older women and not the young ones like other daycares my child has attended where they let the children run over them and do not control them. Children at this center say yes maam and no maam because the teachers make them respect them. They also learn about Jesus which is a plus in any aspect. I am so grateful and thankful I have found this center for my child.
