I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Let me tell you about this place, My experience is strictly Sunland park location.
Gramie is a very sweet lady no doubt but toby is just a money hungry person parents avoid him because all he asks upon seeing you is for payment and payment reminders I am not shocked to see them have lost so many teachers in the past year or two. my respects to the preschool teachers only ones I see actually know what they are doing. all other teachers must have left because of admin. :( prices are crazy high to the poor quality care you receive and hey go up every year with no doubt.
The baby room does not feed the babies accordingly and the room is so dirty how is that even possible? look at the tables and high chairs when you walk in, and they leave the babies in the bouncers for long periods of time. the kids in outside time do not have water ITS HOT, not to mention vans do not have AC either!!! after school room is a mess! every time I would walk in to pick up my girls stuff the kids were every where and MS Victoria was on her phone sitting down with one or 2 girls while the rest everywhere. ratio? over work the number of kids per class and per staff I was so tired of seeing how many kids there was in a room with only one teacher.
another issue was bathrooms my daughter had to use a potty full of pee where little boys would miss and NO ONE would clean up after that. UNSANITARY my biggest issue there was being told by friends/common friends with teachers that my kids were on "snapchat" OK I was never asked if I authorized the teachers to take pictures/videos of my kids for their personal social media. when I first started at this daycare I loved it and would agree with all the good reviews. Now however I cant, and do not recommend it at all. This business should not be allowed to continue open.

Grammies Daycare and Learning Center is a family owned and operated business. The center is governed by a chain of command that consists of the Owner, Center Director, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Lead Teachers, and Teacher’s Aid. The Center also employs a Driver for after-schoolers (only at Upper Valley) and a full-time cook. Grammies Daycare and Learning Center takes pride in the training of our teachers. GDLC feels that all staff are in full understanding of the concepts and intricacy of the “Learning About My World” Curriculum Program. In addition, GDLC oversees all weekly curriculum plans for each classroom. Moreover, we promote the further training and advance education of our teachers that goes above and beyond Texas Child Care License Minimum Standards.
