Description: Grace Point Kid's Ministry exists to partner with parents to lead common children into uncommon life in Jesus. Kids get connected on Sundays with committed shepherds and through interactive rotation lessons, they engage in community through small groups on Wednesday nights and they learn how to pursue their calling through various experiences: mission projects, kid's worship team and the Grace Point Kid's greeting ministry.

My child has been at this facility since she was 2 years old and is now 4. The staff are awesome and truly love on and connect with the children and family. The do not have a high turnover and the staff is consistent. They go above and beyond other centers and teach about Jesus. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the director is professional and listens to any concerns that may arise. I often see the director shadowing in the classrooms and knows all the children by names.
This school claims to serve the Lord however, my 3 yr old daughter was not treated fairly. We started in the summer and we were told that she would move up to the 3 yr old class for fall and then that did not happen. I merely explained what I had been told and they said that they follow Northside policy and my daughters birthday is late. My daughter was left with 2 yr olds as a three yr old because her bday is 2 weeks late. I would get daily reports on how my daughter was "helping" her classmates learn. This was nice but I'm sending my child to be challenged not to assist with teaching. We still stayed, and dealt with it. On my daughters bday I took cupcakes and balloons and the teachers aides who are about 19/20 yrs old took the cupcakes and scolded my daughter loudly to sit down. This is a 3yr old excited to see her mother and bday surprise. Was I able to stay and take pictures? No they told my daughter to say bye and nicely said thanks. I contacted the Assistant director who apologized stating that these young girls are new and that they had someone else take pics for me. This brought me to tears! On top of all this the teachers are always frustrated and overwhelmed. Why? Maybe because they are children themselves. The last day I sent my daughter there, I arrived and my daughter in front of me said the word "Despacito" which is from a popular song meaning slowly in spanish. In front of me my daughter was scolded to not sing the song. (She doesn't know the song but only one word.) I then questioned why she couldn't say that and they said she needed to sing something more appropriate. I was baffled!!! I then contacted the director to report every single thing past and present that I was concerned about and the whole time I was talking she had me on mute. There was not one word. She then started emailing me after work hours stating that she understood if I didn't want to send my daughter there anymore. These emails inappropriately went into the night until 11pm!!! She continued stating that I had to meet with her before I took my child in and then stated I had insulted the staff which NEVER happened. I never sent my daughter back again and I hope that parents read this and save themselves the trouble. Candace the Director is horrible and unprofessional. They say "they serve"...they should be ashamed
Just another place that promised taht they would work with my son, only to take registration and tuition dues and then tell us that they could not meet his "needs." Super classy that they gave us a week to find him a new place then sent an email on Tuesday to tell us not to bring him back again. They said that they were different, but unfortunately they are just as bed as every other "center" that we have taken him to.
