I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I would HIGHLY recommend NOT taking your children to this childcare center. The staff is very unprofessional and the caregivers do not take proper care or pay close enough attention to the children. My son came home with a deep cut on his finger and busted lip and no one could explain what happened. They offered to change his class which I did but never felt comfortable because the new classroom was not
Visible from the outside as the first one was. I’ve witnessed caregivers being very rough with the children , including my own , when she was changing his diaper and didn’t realize I was standing outside the window , she threw him down very aggressively and changed his diaper rough. I convinced myself I was being paranoid because he’s my “baby” but i wasn’t. As mothers we have intuition and we have to trust it. Mother to mother, find another daycare, there’s tons of other options within miles. I will also try to upload the photo of my sons injuries and the email I sent addressing this matter.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Do not enroll your child in this daycare. The owner Wendy is not very professional and very rude. When a parent has a concern, she does not consider their feelings and then treats them as if they are bad parents. The classroom are overcrowded, the staff have a difficult time communicating due to some of them not speaking English. They also seem inexperienced and need more training in their field. Please avoid this place....your children deserve better.

First Step exceeds expectations, They adapt to change easily, work with a positive attitude and is detail-oriented. First Step goes beyond the call of duty daily! The staff is wonderful, the management is amazing and the teachers welcome them and send them home with open arms & big hugs everyday.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

my son was there for months, the infant room is small and crowded, 2 of 3 girls in charge of the kids don't speak English at all. They always look tired and they do not interact with the kids. This girls look like they have zero experience. They leave the kids for a long time in the cribs. zero estimulation, also they charge for a 100 usd 4 times a year for supplies, and the kids never do anything!!!! My concern is if these girls are qualify to be in charge of babies !!!
