Eastridge Park Christian School

My daughter has attended Eastridge Park Christian School Daycare since June 2019. She has been in the 1 y/o toddler room (Ms. Tasha's class) and now is in the 2 y/o room (Ms. Melissa's class). The teachers and staff are ALL friendly, loving, and caring. My daughter has always received the utmost care and love at this daycare. She comes home daily with art or classroom work that they have done during the day. The director Mrs. Stephanie and Office manager Ms. Elisa are wonderful and very effective in their jobs.If you ever have an issue, they will be quick to resolve it satisfactorily. Since COVID-19 hit, they have reopened with strict yet effective guidelines so you can feel safe knowing your child is well taken care of and potential exposure has been minimized as much as possible. I would definitely recommend this daycare provider.

The review I just read is very surprising to me, because I have had the BEST experience with my baby at Eastridge. My baby just moved from the infant room to the toddler room. She started going there when she was 2 months old, and has NEVER..not even once...come home with a diaper rash or anything indicating that she was not changed in a timely manner. The ladies in the infant room are the most caring and loving ladies, and I literally cried the day my daughter left their room and moved to the toddler room. Also, every interaction I have had with Kym, the director, has been extremely professional. This is also the cleanest daycare I have every seen. They take pride in keeping their facility very clean, and sanitize the toys in the toddler room every day. I'm a teacher, and I trust Eastridge Park with my daughter completely.

I am a new parent, and my son was born 6 wks early. The director of Eastridge Christian learning center has made my experience with daycares the worse experience ever. On November 9, 13, 16, and 18 of 2012 my son was not changed from 1 to 5pm. On November 16 and 28, 2012 my son did not eat for 4 hours straight. My son was a premature baby. He eats about every 2.5 hours, and I believe no child should sit in a wet or dirty for hours. When I brought it to the director's attention she was so unprofessional I question if she is even a woman of God. It breaks my heart to know she could care less about the kids there. She lied in my face several times and tried to disregard what has happened to my son. She let my son go from the daycare on a Friday and my son did not have a daycare to return to on Monday. Who would let a baby go without a professional notice to allow the parent to find a new daycare? Just at the beginning of the year this daycare had a violation with the inspection for 2012. I encourage parents with newborn to not take your child there. Newborns cannot speak for themselves; therefore it is of our jobs as parents to speak for them. I cannot believe that this church has a woman like Kym, the director, as a leader over these kids. My son will be a great leader but he has to be in the midst of a great leader. That director is far from being a leader. Yelling at parents will not get the job done. She is by far too unprofessional to be the director. I have filed a complaint with the state. I will be contacting the Pastor of this church to make him aware of it. I also will continue to make sure this never happens to another child.
