Reasons:
Understaffed at the time my child attended
No professionalism
Some staff had no knowledge about child's health back ground even though it is listed on the enrollment forms.
- my child had a serious health issue that was listed in his documents but none of his teachers were aware of until my child had an episode.

No communication between staff and parents
- I never knew what my child did that day nor could they tell me due to changing teachers all the time.

Conducted certain actives that required parental consent but did it anyways without parents knowledge .


When express concerns to the director they do not let you finish without getting defensive or ending the conversation without being finished with your concerns.

- my child always came home with stool on bottom . My child is only a small toddler and by law they still had to assist my child. Of course they were not .


You want to know your child is safe and taken care of. At first glance you think this is an exceptional pre school but when any problems or concerns arrive (and they will) you are not treated as a concerned parent . You are treated as a nuisance .
