My two children have been in this daycare for two years until recently had issues in last few months a mrs morgan that has class of kindergarten after school yells at kids hits clip board on table and i thought it was concern for owner Mr fincher brought to his attention only response she been there so many years and issue kept going on. so about a couple weeks ago on a thurs i picked up my 5yr old she came out frighten said mrs morgan grab her by arm and face on chin she show me how i was upset and was about to approach her and go back and mr fincher was at door and i told him what my child that is unacceptable her doin that and i warn you about her yelling now this out of control he said i could not go back there she there was kids and class going on still so i said we need set up meeting i want to talk to her he never call or set up meeting so now that they are being investigated and i call today to ask y he never setup meeting he said no need i had them investigated already and if i had future concerns with mrs morgan i need take my child out of daycare and that was end of conversation. so warning to parents beware this is not the best daycare for your child i wanted to share with Rowlett parents im not one to hide anything and i have talk to other parents who agree their child said samething with the yelling and clipboard being hit on table she ahould b retire if she is tired of watching kids apparently she is a family member her name on parking lot and he is protecting her not the child.
