I called the facility to get some information about the head start program, the lady I spoke with was friendly and answered my questions. We scheduled a date and time for me to come into the head start and apply for the program. When I showed up the lady was not present and the people there could not assist me. I took time from work and brought all of my documents'. I would assume that someone there would have an application or at least be helpful.
