I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Do NOT bring your baby to this daycare!! The caregiver for the infant room is cold, harsh, and just plain rude. She doesn't hold the babies or give any affection. Not ONCE was I ever allowed to hand my baby to her. I had to place him on the floor every day! She lets them cry and cry and cry and even told me "it's good to let babies cry" and this was to a foster baby who has experienced trauma! Whatever you do, do not let this woman take care of your baby. Upon registration they told me they provided all the food, then when I started, she told me I had to bring his food. When he moved from formula to whole milk, she told me I had to bring the whole milk. What daycare doesn't have whole milk?? This place is completely crazy! The list goes on and on and on...
