I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Be aware of this facility. They charged $40 for a phone call. Our bills are paid in full in advance, so this ridiculous charge was paid.
We communicate that such a charge was excessive.
Then care was terminated without notice in the middle of the day on a Thursday.
