According to licensing guidelines there should be a rest/quite time within a toddlers day and they should not be taken out of their daily routine. If a toddler has given up their naps at home, the school should accommodate with a place for the child to play/read/draw, etc. quietly, they are kicked out of daycare. Children have unique personalities, which need to be respected.
