federal entities, creating solutions to the conditions of poverty in order to strengthen individuals, families and communities.

We will be a leader in our field, and advocate for those we serve, and a facilitator of partnerships and collaborations that will expand and enhance our service, while continuing to provide high quality, financially viable programming and services.
