If you have to question ANY daycare after a month of your child being there... go somewhere else. If they give excuses as to why your child is not receiving "early childhood development progress after being there for years... because of the pendemic (while other daycare centers are doing there best to normalize daycare stuff-go somewhere else). Too many excuses for these teachers too be sitting around giving excuses. My child got bit in the face
Not just once. When I addressed my concerns and questions, the owner was very rude about it and blamed my child.
Unprofessionalism. No structure. Lack of communication. Every staff member is overwhelmed, especially the owner. To be a successful child care provider, the owner lacks patience and faired communication. Early childhood development centers- is not a joke. Let's not even talk about the pay. the owner had no reason to mock but she will continue to mock.
