Quality Child Cares has 11 facilities and has been serving Metro Louisville for over 25 years.
Like our motto says, we provide a truly high quality, caring and loving experience for your child. We offer great hours for moms and dads with the busy work schedules to meet the needs of any family. We also have video monitoring your child’s safety, as well as, very experienced staff members at each of our locations.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Before the previous owner had got up and left the establishment, I had stayed here for what I believe more than six years. The employees, before moving to a different child care, would literally SCREAM at the children. There was one instance of my sibling being spit at while being yelled at. I had to witness the manager at the time hit and harassed her children in front of rooms. I would also witness a particular other employee do the same to her children. I particularly remember being dragged on the floor, and the toys would be in awful condition. There was another time where someone had left their keys out for a child to grab, spraying pepper spray in their own eyes, as they screamed for hours. As a punishment for mostly minimal things, we would write sentences, instead of teaching the children as for what they would do wrong. I am unsure about what employees work here now.
