I love this center ! My daughter is always excited when i drop her off in the morning .Ms.Amanda and Ms.Darlene are amazing you can tell that they truly care about the kiddos.

I do NOT recommend this daycare to anyone! I was called and told by Darlene that my child was bitten pretty bad and that the kid who did it will not be returning. Well she lied. He was still there. Every employee will tell you he has bitten three different kids, but Darlene stated it was twice. The kid was only sent home that day on Friday and returned on Monday. So that's punishment? I picked my child up as well. That child should of been suspended or even kicked out! Their biting policy is a complete joke. You bit three times, suspended for 1-3 days. Then if it continues they will be dismissed. This kid was sent home the day of and that was it! My child was badly injured. AND the doctor confirmed it was NOT a bite that there is more to the story. And nobody knows how to speak up!! They do not care about the well being of the children. Every morning when I drop my son off these girls are on their phones trying to hurry up and put it away when you walk in the door. They say my son was 'bitten' but where are the teeth marks? And why is his head swollen? No cameras to verify anything. It's all about what he said she said and you can never get a straight answer from anyone. Oh and I have emailed AND called the Regional program manager, Theresa Harvey. Don't even bother. You won't get a response. They are too worried about covering their asses and getting their ducks in a row in case you hit them with a lawsuit to even respond to you. When something like this happens you can't even get the cops involved to file a report because it's a civil matter. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID HERE
