Description: Here at New Horizons Child Development Center (NHCDC) our ultimate goal is to provide a safe, positive, nurturing, healthy, and educational environment for the children and families we serve. We believe children should be actively involved in play to develop the whole child. Teachers prepare a variety of interesting choices for children each day. Children are given the freedom to make their own discoveries about the world as they explore materials and learn to play with other children. Young children are capable of learning, so our day is arranged to provide opportunities for children to gain the important academic skills that will help build the framework for future learning experiences.
