Description: The Family Care Center practice has served the Lexington community since 1990 and was acquired by UK HealthCare in 2009 as a satellite of the Polk-Dalton Clinic.
The clinic is known for excellent care provided by UK HealthCare pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners. The practice is home to a unique triple-board residency program. Resident physicians spend five years giving continuity care in preparation for board certification in general pediatrics and adult and child psychiatry.
