I have used this provider for more than 6 months

On August 19, 2026, employees at the Greece location were informed that the center will permanently close on September 4, 2026. That's 15 days' notice for the workers and families who depend on it.

The explanation given was rising costs, which is certainly a convenient way to describe a business that is no longer making enough money for ownership's liking. While expenses are a reality for every business, treating employees and families as an afterthought is a choice.

Good leaders handle difficult situations with transparency, honesty, and respect. Unfortunately, this situation feels like a masterclass in how not to lead. The building has reportedly been on the market for months, yet the people most affected by that decision were apparently the last to know.

None of this reflects on the teachers and caregivers, who have been wonderful and deserve far better than the way this closure has been handled.

At this point, I can't say I'm surprised. Based on what I've seen, the level of communication and consideration shown here has been disappointing at best. If you value transparency, respect, and how both employees and families are treated, you may want to think carefully before choosing TLC.
