I am a parent of a 1yr old and a 2yr old. I place my children here in what i thought was a great environment, but was fooled very quickly. First day I dropped off my children the lady that answered the door was very sweet and welcoming, but after my 2yr old walked in the director/Owner almost knocked the lady at the door down to get to me, asking about paperwork. I thought this was very rude for her to do to her employee. But it's not my place to say anything. Upon picking them up in the evening my 2yr old's nose was crusty and she could hardly breath. She also was soaked from not being change, which looked like all day she had been in this pull up. When we got home she had a diaper rash. My husband said not to get upset and give them another chance. Once again upon dropping them off the next day. The lady at the door had a baby in her arms, she politely asked me to give a minute to lay the baby down. She took my 1yr old and proceeded on helping my 2yr old enter the building. My only thought was where was the Director to help her? Upon picking my children up in the evening, I had the same issue with my 2yr old. Plus I could hear yelling from one of the employees at the children, this I did not care for... In other words I did not bring my children back. I do not recommend this Daycare to anyone. The owner has no remorse for her employee nor the children.
