She talks bad about parents in a private facebook group for daycare owners. She also has in her contract that you have to pay for her maternity leave, in addition. She's maybe worked a full week 3 times in the last 7 months and continually gives short notice of closures (I'm talking after 9pm the night before or even at 5am day of).
