Upon working at Gods Little Blessings, I was beyond excited because I love working with children! However I immediately was uncomfortable when I started because it was just so unorganized. As a college student I tried my best to make it work. However, she puts her staff in unsafe environments to where they have to be around strange men at night that happens to be her immediate family members. They are not trained and qualified to be around children. I’ve witnessed them come in and out the door and when I told this to her she brushed it off casually. I know because I worked overnight being it’s a 24 hour daycare. This daycare is not safe to kids.
