I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Unfortunately, I couldn’t leave a rating of 0 stars! My nonverbal grandson came home with bruises daily with NO incident reports. The Director was only concerned with the tone my worried daughter took with her when she was upset about their lack of care! This daycare cares about a paycheck and not your child. Don’t let the pretty decorations fool you! I am so grateful we found a daycare that truly takes special care of nonverbal children after we pulled him from Kool Kidz! If this review can save 1 child from the harm they inflicted on my grandson it is worth it!
