I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

The owner wasn’t properly caring for the children in which lead to a child being unaccompanied by the road. The owner stated “she must have snuck out” and could have been hit or kidnapped. Absolutely irresponsible and should not be working in childcare. DCS needs involved.
