Preface, first daycare for toddler & this was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Reasons I would never recommend this establishment:

SICKNESS/CLEANLINESS 3 out of 10.
My child started daycare for the first time here 4/24 and had been sick every single week she attended. Note that I did expect her to be sick or have times where she was sick but I DID NOT EXPECT her to be in the ER with an IV in arm type of sick…(mind you when she was in the ER sick, not a single notice went out to parents otherwise I would’ve gotten one too)

ATTENTION to CHILD 3 out of 10.
My child would come home with blankets of the centers and also come home with DIAPERS of OTHER CHILDREN. I mentioned this 3x to teachers and director and instead of compassion I received excuses and was told it was my fault due to them not having time to change a pull up on a baby(who’s walking)

RESPECT to parent 2 out of 10.
Given this was my first daycare I wanted to obviously get as much information on operations. I wasn’t used to such rules with my younger sisters daycare but this daycare has a “YOU CANT SEE YOUR CHILD IN CLASS” ????rule in place (although it’s not in policy..in fact the policy says something completely opposite) and because of this policy.. and my daughter being sick every week even after we take her out to get her healthy AGAIN AND AGAIN… not 3 days back into their care she is sick again, I was denied seeing my child and so was my own mother. Not even to pick her up.
They make you stay in front desk. You can’t look at anything after the initial tour. You ALWAYS have to give them a heads up if you are coming to the daycare ????


PAYMENTS 0 out of 10
Every payment is done MANUALLY by the director of someone authorized to do them. Therefore there is always room for mistakes. Well. THERE WERE a multitude of mistakes on my pay. At one point I had to back pay for a week they didn’t properly charge me. Every mistake I mentioned. I complained to director Lana about the payment problems they could not get right and decided to only pay week by week.

I decided to not have her enrolled ANYMORE as of august 1st due to the very rude director who told me I caused issues (cause I asked too many questions about their policy) and over charged me for my last two weeks after the incident of calling their LICENSING OFFICE. But instead of fighting them I cut them off and paid whatever they asked for cause I didn’t have the energy or stress to deal with that director and OWNER who also refused to have a meeting with me about my treatment in her facility.

They have been reported to the LICENSING OFFICE and are 9/10 under investigation.. don’t bring your child here.
