Julie was recently prosecuted for inappropriate driving and passing a school bus. Her disregard for the safety of children is very concerning.
An 8 year girl was sexually assaulted while under Julie's care by her son who was 12 at the time. Along with 2 other young girls. On numerous occasions her son was also abusive to other children under her care. There were multiple other girls who were sexually abused by her son who did not report the abuse because of fearing for their safety. Julie also asked the mother of one of the victims to not tell anyone or report the sexual abuse. Unfortunately DHS failed in this case and she continues to bring potential victims to her home for her mentally disturbed son.
