After placing a deposit in December of ‘21 for an infant in May of ‘22 we were unable to use her facility. The license for this facility is only able to handle 2 infants under the age of 1 at 1 time, and our child would have been number 3 having this facility operating out of ratio according to their license. This isn’t anything new to this provider as they have previously lost their license for this before. She unapologetically was going to accept our child knowing it was against her license. When confronted with this information she said it was emergency foster children. Either way, our spot was filled. We demanded our nonrefundable deposit be returned, which she did with a total attitude. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place at all costs. She doesn’t care about your children, only wants to make a quick buck.
