Overall a good provider. Had problems when it came time for her to provide EIN so I could file my taxes. After telling her I would be feeling out an alternative form because she didn’t want to provide the information she said she was no longer going to be providing transportation to my sons school. Then, she went to pick him up on a day he had tutoring, got mad because they wouldn’t release him to her. Got a phone call from the teacher saying she was using foul language towards the administration team. I had to apologize for her unprofessionalism. His last week being enrolled she told me I need to be there to pick him up by 4:30 or I would have to pay a late fee because she had other kids to drop off but the daycare doesn’t close until 5:30. Very shady behavior after the taxes were involved. Be careful.
