This place is a nightmare!! I wish I could give them zero rating. My son attended this daycare from July 2021 until January 2022. They discriminate against color. You cannot question the director of the facility Dana Brannon for anything. She takes great offense to even smallest questions that involves your kid’s safety and takes it out on your kid. They do not follow any covid precautions. There’s been at least 1 covid exposer/ infection reported every week since we have started with them, resulting in keeping your kid home for 14/10 days. Their teachers are not vaccinated and when I asked them to wear mask around kids (infant and toddlers) Dana straight out refused to even consider this. They follow school calendar for holidays plus teacher in service days off, which means your kid is going to be home 5 extra days every month for no reasons. They are always under staffed and they probably just have 1 or 2 certified teachers in the entire facility. And now they have their cleaning staff taking care of kids because they don’t have teachers to do so. They only operate for their profits, they want you to pay full tuition, for mid meals, tumble bus, books, holiday presents for kids and teachers etc. etc. etc. but they don’t provide appropriate care to your kid. This is the most non sense and unreasonable daycare I have ever seen. They will take kids outside in 20’F, when slides, swings are ice cold and surfaces are slippery. My son had several injuries that resulted in bleeding and hurting his gums/teeth while playing outside. Another incident involved a swollen face and bruise below his eye that ended with an ER visit. They don’t stop other kids from hurting your kid, pulling hair or misbehaving. They don’t provide nutritional food, their menus include milk which I have never seen them offering with any meals, plus their meals are never what they send you in the menu. This is a horrible place run by a horrible person. Please don’t risk you child’s safety and waste money here. They are nothing like a Montessori.
