The degree of incompetence exhibited both by the director and the staff of this facility is alarming. The director of this location is the owner’s daughter which will give insight to her competencies along with how effectively any concerns you have on how this facility is managed will be resolved. After spending many years at another daycare, we moved and enrolled at this facility. It soon became apparent that this daycare was a prime example of parents being clueless to what goes on when they leave which was only exacerbated by COVID and the inability to enter the facility. It was never fully clear if any information provided to the director on feeding, allergies, safety concern, etc. was just disregarded, if she has an inability to process the information provided to her, or if it is just simply being unfit to perform her role. The negative reviews for other daycare facilities with the same owner (they don’t all go by the same name as this one) are our experience exactly from the lack of development to the lack of supervision to the physically and verbally abusive manner in which teachers discipline kids. In time, I realized the majority of the glowing reviews of this owner’s daycare facilities, were in fact by employees and friends.
