Carmen's Pride & Joy, Inc. D/B/A Pride & Joy Early Learning Academy

My daughter is thriving at Carmen's Pride & Joy - she practically jumps out of our arms when she arrives each morning and loves spending the day with her teachers and friends. Ms. Carmen is thoughtful and thorough - her early education curriculum and activities are engaging and varied, and you can tell she cares deeply for the children in her program. Not only is my daughter having a ton of fun, she's learning so much. We're grateful to have this wonderful daycare in the neighborhood.

We found Carmen's Pride and Joy after our long-term daycare suddenly closed. She was so warm and welcoming and made a difficult transition very smooth. The caregivers there are awesome - supportive and kind and teach all kinds of skills. Our littlest has grown so much and loves going there everyday. They take lots of day trips to RFK, the library (for story time) and update families on all through the app Brightwheel. Carmen's is a treasure!

My daughter attended Carmen's Pride and Joy for almost a year before starting school. This childcare center is a lifesaver and I don't know what we would have done without them. The teachers show so much love to the kids and my child learned so much while there (including Spanish and some sign language). If I could give 6 stars, I would!

I can't say enough good things about Carmen's. My two-year-old daughter has been there for about eight months. They have been like family and such a light during this difficult year. The teachers are so loving and thoughtful. My daughter loves them and loves the other kids. I really love the small group setting where my daughter, an only child, can play with and learn from older and younger kids. I'm also a fan of the app with updates throughout the day. It's great to see snippets of the activities and fun they have.

My daughter has attended Ms.Carmen's for almost a year. It has been a great environment for her. They have provided a very loving and caring environment for the children and we've been very happy with our experience.
