PHP has had its ups and downs but today was my LAST straw. My sim has been going to PHP for almost a year now and he has NEVER been late! Today I called the center around 4:30 explaining how I would be 5 mins late today to pick up my son. She said okay you'll still have a late fee I explained how that's fine. I got another call around 4:45 from another worker asking how are and what time will I arrive ... I said I just talked to one of the workers and I explained all that to her my eta is 5 mins after 5 . She was asking me if I was at work ect and im confused as to why she was asking me anything like that. I said no im just late in traffic. I get to the daycare and I asked for the directors name and contact info and she didn't want to give it to me expressed " if you don't like it put him somewhere else " very unprofessional. We will not be back
