Citadel of Praise

I signed my toddler up and received the worst service ever. I was supposed to be notified of a zoom meeting to meet the teacher and I assume and Introductory for new Toddlers/Parents! The App I was told to download for information pertaining to the school would not work and caused me to make numerous calls and non-answered voicemails. I was never contacted in regards to what time class started! I was told 3 weeks prior to school starting the start date luckily! I never got any paper work-emails pertaining to lunches, lesson plans, homework! No plan of action conveyed to me in any type of way! They don’t let you see the school inside for Pandemic reasons! When I asked questions I got blown off! Staff was very unprofessional! Considering my toddler was attending here I was going to volunteer and bring Good Attributions to the Preschool but after how I got the blow off and run around I took my toddler out right away in 3 days! Not to mention my toddler told me the Teacher Ms. Britney pinched her the first day of school! My toddler love kids and want to stay anywhere kids are! My toddler told me the teacher was mean and she dint want to go back! This was a terrible blow to my heart! I didn’t let my toddler go the 2nd day because I was highly upset! I said let me have faith and give this one more try! 3rd day my toddler told me someone put her in the shower! She’s potty trained gets a bath b4 bed and have no issues with accidents going to the bathroom so no need for a shower especially in school! My baby is always Clean! I have even got compliments from my family they never seen the child dirty! My daughter clothes are new and clean ! This really through me through a loop! So my toddler won’t be returning! I don’t even want to call to speak to anyone about it! I had her father come up there with me so he could analyze everything I mentioned while picking our daughter up on day3! We decided this was just not what we expected in a Preschool especially where Pastor Ellis and First Lady Tracy church is! They are 2 of my favorite people so I’m highly disappointed and I’m thinking of bringing this to the attention of Pastor Ellis and some Prestigious Officials!
