Constantly have had issues with the director since May. She has mistreated my child that is different minded, very unprofessional and also can't handle an upset concerned parent for their child. Hung up on me and have called me after hours after we already talked prior at the daycare. Do not take you child here. Only two workers there are worth it.

Very high teacher turnover. Unless your child is in the 5 year old class with Ms. Lisa, she/he will have to adjust to new teachers regularly. This place is closed for more holidays than the average center - including MLK day, Presidents Day, "Easter Monday", Veterans Day, etc. The owner will not be found at the center when parents are typically present, such as usual drop off and pickup times. So you will have to find another time to connect if you have questions or concerns. On the whole, with the exception of Ms. Lisa who always acted responsibile and professional, there is inadequate supervision by the other teachers (resulting in destruction of clothes and/or personal property of the child) and a reluctance to take responsibility for issues or concerns at the center. The owner will happily take your money and remind you about payments, but acts inexperienced when it comes to running a business and in particular a child care business.
